The Network of European Stakeholders for Enhance User Centricity in eGovernance project NET-EUCEN was set up in 2010 to create, animate and manage a network of stakeholders in the domains of Governance and Policy
Modelling. NET–EUCEN extends to all European countries and includes partners with relevant knowledge on mass fruition of on-line service and eInclusion policies.
