CIP ICT PSP projects

Seven CIP ICT PSP projects have been selected to receive support throughout 2009 in the form of training, dissemination, marketing and networking initiatives. They are:

2nd Cycle training session

A tailor-made training session, addressed to selected CIP ICT PSP projects, took place on the 30th of October 2009 in Brussels.

The aim was to provide them with the necessary knowledge to further exploit their potential and results.

2nd Cycle networking session

In the framework of the 2nd cycle of the eServices Europa project a major training, informative and networking event, bringing together the CIP ICT Policy Support Programme National Contact Points (ICT PSP NCPs), their constituencies and other stakeholder, was organised co-hosted by the Portuguese ICT PSP National Contact Point on 26-27 November 2009 in Oeiras-Lisbon.

Day 1 - 26 November 2009

The first day, focused on NCPs network animation, started with a training session on themes of particular interest to NCPs.

Day 1 also included a group discussion focused on the type of support activities to be provided by the eServices-Europa team to the NCPs network for 2010.

Day 2 - 27 November 2009

The second day opened with Portugal Info Day on the next CIP ICT PSP call programme (WP 2010), which will be launched in January 2010.

Contributions were presented by representatives of DG INFSO and the Portuguese NCP.

The afternoon session was dedicated to the presentation of successful CIP ICT PSP projects, best practices and thematic networks.

The event ended with a networking session, where participants had the chance to exchange business and project ideas, establish contacts and potential partnerships.
