eServices Europa 2nd Cycle Training Course

The eServices Europa 2nd Cycle training course will be held on the 30th of October 2009 in Brussels.

The training is addressed to ICT PSP CIP projects, which have been selected to be part of the 2nd cycle of the eServices Europa project.

Aim of the training is to provide participants with information and methodologies to further exploit their projects' results.

The sessions of the training will cover the following issues:

• Financing/funding Opportunities: international sources of funding and financing aimed at sustaining deployment of services, applications and tools developed by the ICT PSP CIP projects.
• Marketing and Dissemination strategies: developing marketing plan for technological services, recruiting client companies, organization of events, business strategies, creation and promotion of new companies.
• Intellectual Property rights: IPR issues within eServices EU-funded projects - ownership, access rights, protection, dissemination, exploitation, consortium Agreements.
• Business Plan: defining the value proposition and position, estimating returned value, investment, refining the business model, presenting the business plan.
