The NETC@RDS Mid-Term workshop is announced in the frame of MEDeTEL, the International eHealth, Telemedicine and Health ICT forum, Luxembourg 1-3 April 2009 (www.medetel.lu).
The event will take place on 2 April, h. 14:00 - 17:30, , being aimed at pointing up the project achievements reached so far and in the deployment phase and opening a wide discussion on policy and legal related aspects, potential market dimension and commercial features of the service, and effectiveness of the proposed ICT solution in view of the interoperability of the eEHIC as forthcoming challenge for borderless care in Europe.
The workshop is targeted to the broad healthcare community including:
Healthcare executives
Government officials
Healthcare insurance administrators
Healthcare professionals
Patient associations representatives
Influential health, industry and ICT professionals
ICT industry and SMEs with business in health information systems
The NETC@RDS application and services will be demonstrated during the workshop through a dedicated booth.
